We are a unique bakery…. We do not have a storefront we are a hand craft, small batch, made to order bakery. We require 3 business days notice when placing orders. Our bakery is GLUTEN FREE and dairy free however we are not vegan friendly since we do use real eggs and real butter.
Our baked goods are gluten-free. We use local maple syrup, honey and produce when in season. All of our ingredients are high quality and most are dairy free. We use real eggs, butter and pure cane sugar. Our facility is not a dedicated gluten free facility but we have strict standards and clean surfaces to take every precaution to prevent gluten contamination.
I started this bakery because of my own food allergies. I have a severe nut allergy and have been dairy free for years. Two years ago I was very sick and diagnosed with a gluten allergy. Starting a bakery for people with allergies like me became a passion.
